1. To place an order, select products from the available store offer, their colors, sizes and quantities by "adding" them to the basket.

2. Then, in order to make purchases, you should:

  • correctly fill in the contact details along with the correct, existing e-mail address and telephone number at which you will be able to receive a confirmation of placing the order.
  • choose the method of delivery and payment.
  • accept the store regulations.

3. Until the product selection is confirmed with the "Confirm order" button, the user has the option of making changes and modifications to the products in the order as well as contact details for shipment or invoice. 

4. After placing the order by the Customer, he will receive on the store's website and by e-mail information about the order (quantity of products, order value, selected type of delivery and payment, delivery time and contact details). This is a confirmation of the conclusion of the contract of sale of goods ordered by the customer.

5. If the product is not in stock and it is possible to order it - status "on order up to 5 working days", we send an additional e-mail with information about the exact time of completion, not longer than 5 days.

6. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed on weekdays after hours. 12:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - they will be implemented on the next business day.

7. In the event of circumstances preventing the full or temporary execution of the order, SoFlow Anna Solowska reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order - she undertakes to immediately notify the Ordering Party about the situation.

8. Orders with incorrectly filled contact details (non-existent e-mail or no telephone) will not be considered.

9. The SoFlow Anna Solowska company reserves the right to refuse to execute the order under the sales contract, if the Buyer's contact details are incorrect, the transaction has not been authorized in the dotpay.pl electronic system or the payment for the order has not been made within the specified time.


1. After placing the order the Customer is informed about the time of  processing and shipping the order. Its mostly the next working day. Time for receiving the parcel is the sum of the execution time and the delivery time provided by the courier company or Polish Post.

2. Delivery of goods in Poland takes place in the manner specified by the Customer in the order (supported delivery methods: personal pickup, courier company, Inpost parcel lockers).

3. Shipment of goods abroad requires contact with the store and setting the terms of the contract.

4. The customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods:

  • Cash on delivery,
  • prepayment by bank transfer to the store's account: 17 1050 1445 1000 0092 0250 0998 ING Bank Śląski S.A.
  • prepayment using  the electronic system dotpay.pl




1. It is possible to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of its receipt, without giving any reason.

2. The returned goods should be sent back with a photocopy of the invoice in an unchanged condition, ie unused, clean, undamaged, with a set of tags, if any.

4. The Store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the purchase price using the bank account transfer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different payment method, which does not involve any costs for him.


6. Products purchased from us are subject to exchange, provided that the returned goods are unused and have all original tags (if any).

8. After we receive the shipment - within a few days, we will ship the product you ordered.


9. All goods available in the store are covered by a guarantee.

10. In the event of receiving goods with technical defects or discovering such defects during use, the product should be sent to the following address:

11. We reimburse the costs related to the return of the advertised goods immediately after receiving the package and considering the complaint. Please do not send "cash on delivery" parcels as we do not have the technical possibility of collecting such a parcel.

12. In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be replaced with another, full-value product, and if it is no longer possible due to the stocks being exhausted, the store will return the buyer the equivalent of the product price or offer another product to choose from.
